From the farm

Our organic garden has always reflected our choice to operate in respect of nature according to the ‘from the stable-to-the-table’ project. Our farm applies its deep understanding of the environment and cycle of the seasons rather than using chemicals, in order to daily provide the restaurant with genuine and fresh products.
